Changes made by UnheardHits: removed unknown and non-ISO country codes;
merged directly adjacent ranges assigned to the same country; converted
IPv4 and IPv6 CSV ranges to a compact indexed binary representation;
gzip-compressed and base64-encoded the result for a private server lookup.
No endorsement by DB-IP is implied. IP geolocation is approximate and can
identify a VPN, mobile gateway, proxy, or network instead of a visitor's
physical location. This dataset supplies country estimates, not cities.
